"Doesn't exist anywhere in the world": The Botanic Collection delivers homes on the edge of the Royal Botanic Gardens

Nestled on the periphery of the renowned Royal Botanic Gardens, a limited collection of homes are set to emerge.

Four residential collections will be constructed —Thirty Anderson, Kurneh Place, Martin House, and Garden Lane — designed in collaboration between well-known architect Rob Mills in collaboration with architecture firm Powell & Glenn.

Powell & Glenn Architects, renowned for their innovative approach to design, said they've created something truly unique, the likes of which doesn't exist anywhere else in Melbourne, or even the world.

The essence of the project lies in its ability to harmonise with the environment, with the homes offered a direct link to the gardens.

Mills said the work stems from the land.

"If you seek a mindful existence, you need that direct connection with nature."

From expansive windows that frame the garden vistas to luxurious interiors that exude sophistication, the homes have been created to provide a sense of serenity and calm.

Envisioned as private sanctuaries, the 17 homes are cocooned within nature's embrace, with landscape architect Jack Merlo transforming the surroundings into a verdant paradise, with abundant greenery, curated gardens, and a thoughtful integration of natural elements seamlessly blending between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Beyond the gardens, the riverside pocket of the city offers a vibrant and dynamic lifestyle, with the Royal Botanic Gardens as the backdrop, while the Yarra River is just a stone's throw away.

There's only a limited collection of three-bedroom floorplans remaining, each offering three bathrooms and either two or three car spaces.

Construction is underway with prices beginning from $4.65 million, topping out at $8.19 million.
