Morris releases second tower at Crest Broadbeach after tower one sales success
Hyde Metropolitan by veteran Sydney developer Deicorp is set to be the tallest address in Hyde Park when it's completed in late 2028.
Construction is expected to kick off this year at 133-141 Liverpool Street in the Sydney CBD, on the site of the Polding Centre building which dates back to the 1970s and has been occupied by offices ever since.
Following the site acquisition in 2021, Deicorp undertook a design excellence process by selecting Candalepas Associates to create the striking tower.
CBRE Residential Projects Managing Director Dave Milton said Hyde Metropolitan will be "one of the preeminent Sydney residential development on the southern end of Hyde Park."

The project will home 168 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, of which a number will have never-to-be-built-out views across Hyde Park.
Upon arrival, residents will be greeted by an eight-level-high private lobby with arched cathedral fenestrations—serving as a podium of the Candalepas-designed 55-level tower.
Hyde Metropolitan’s ground level will also be home to a proposed high-end restaurant and cocktail lounge—fitting to its surrounding vibrant streetscape.

The podium deck will feature landscaped courtyards and gardens and a terrace with a 25-metre pool, sauna, barbecue area, music room and gym.
The exclusive upper levels will be home to Hyde Metropolitan’s oversized apartments with 2.9 metre-high ceilings, adding depth and volume to the view-filled rooms.
The apartments’ spacious entertaining areas give way to remarkable winter gardens wrapped by floor-to-ceiling picture windows embracing the sweeping views overlooking the city.
The master bedroom has large ensuites and spacious walk-in robes.

Each apartment is carefully curated with premium finishes, including marble, timber chevron pattern flooring and 100 per cent wool carpet.
Hyde Metropolitan’s subdued interior palette pairs perfectly with Fior di Pesco and Carrara marble with pale oak veneers for a mood that is calming to the senses.
Hyde Metropolitan is located on the northwest corner of Hyde Park, next to Museum Station. It's also a seven-minute walk to the busiest Town Hall station, which connects further areas outside the Sydney CBD. The light rail is also nearby.
On the doorstep, there are too many cafes and restaurants to name. A few doors down is the World Square Shopping Mall, while the Queen Victoria Building, Pitt Street Shopping Mall, and Westfield Shopping Centre are just a short walk.
