Prominent Canberra and Gold Coast developer, Morris Property Group, has unveiled one of its most luxury apartment developments to date.

They've launched Malo, just 16 half-floor apartments on Jubilee Avenue in Broadbeach, their ninth Broadbeach development since breaking into the Gold Coast market in the late 1990s.

Designed by Morris' go-to architecture firm, the Canberra-based Guida Moseley Brown Architects, Malo's three-bedroom apartments have around 130 sqm of internal living space and feature floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies that capture extensive views across the Gold Coast skyline and over the beach.

The apartments feature Cassa Lusso tapware, Franke kitchen appliances, and Bosch laundry appliances.

Malo, currently under construction and expected to welcome residents in late 2024, neighbours several of Morris' previous projects, Qube and Synergy.

Malo’s location offers residents easy access to Surf Parade, known for its dining options, as well as Pacific Fair, the largest shopping centre on the Gold Coast.

It's a stone's throw from the Broadbeach North light rail station, as well as the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre which is slated for a $700 million redevelopment to turn it into a world-class entertainment precinct.

Kurrawa Beach and its surrounding parklands are also nearby, providing opportunities for outdoor pursuits.
