Melbourne developer Hamton has appointed Icon to build both Stonepine House and Trackside House, their latest residential buildings in their $2 billion redevelopment of Moonee Valley Park.

The buildings will sit alongside the already completed Feehan Row and Thomas Street, in addition to a range of premium residential amenity.

Just over 200 residences will be delivered within the 11-storey Trackside House building, with prices starting from $565,000 for the one-bedroom apartments through to $5 million for the penthouse

As the only residential building in the redevelopment to command views of the future finishing straight of the iconic Moonee Valley Racecourse, Trackside experienced early success, generating around $100 million worth of sales within 11 weeks of its launch.

Stonepine House has been similarly successful, sitting at over 80 per cent sold.

The residences, available in two and three-bedroom floorplans, feature newly designed floorplans and offer a sense of exclusivity within the thriving community. Prices in Stonepine start at $650,000.

Every apartment boasts views across Moonee Ponds and the leafy Stonepine Square, with expansive windows and oversized balconies blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living.

The two buildings, which share the same basement, have a combined end value of around $320 million and will be built together as part of a single contract.

The renowned architecture firm Rothelowman designed both Trackside and Stonepine House, working in collaboration with interiors experts Carr. The buildings were designed to compliment the 20 hectares of greenery surrounding the development.

Residents will enjoy a variety of hotel-inspired amenities across both buildings that extend the home living experience, including a concierge, a wellness sanctuary, gym, sauna, and a rooftop infinity pool and entertainment area, offering panoramic views of the track and city skyline.
