Kellyville will soon welcome a new residential development to its leafy enclave, with joint venture partners Laurus Projects and Grandland Group well underway with construction of Montane.

Located on Wrights Road, the project will deliver a boutique collection of one, two and three-bedroom apartments to the heart of the suburb, bringing with it an affordable living experience amongst the ongoing transformation across north west Sydney.

Taking advantage of its elevated position, Montane is set against a backdrop of the Blue Mountains, with the three four-storey buildings surrounded by lush greenery and natural surrounds.

Crowning each of the buildings will be a communal rooftop terrace, complete with gardens, children's play area, covered barbecue facilities, integrated seating and a fully-equipped gym. The rooftop spaces will also feature community rooms, which can be booked out by residents for meetings and private functions.

The apartments themselves combine intelligent architectural design with premium finishes.

The kitchens, which serve as the heart of the homes, feature breakfast bars, 40 millimetre stone benchtops, stainless steel European appliances, timber joinery and travertine tiling.

The bathrooms are just as considered, boasting frameless glass shower screens, gold Calacatta feature vanities and chrome tapware.

Residents of Montane will also benefit from smart home automation, which will allow residents to control various aspects of their apartments using Google Home technology.

A limited number of unsold apartments remain in Montane, with the first crop of buyers expected to move in by Q4 this year.
