Why JWLand's De Burgh apartments in Lyneham present an ideal investment opportunity
Developer Immerse Projects is soon to launch its next residential development on the Gold Coast, transforming apartment living in the heart of Robina.
The project, Ombre Robina, will offer one, two and three-bedroom apartments designed by BDA Architecture at 46 Scottsdale Drive, ideally located a stone's throw from the Robina Town Centre.
The apartments at Ombre will be characterised by open-plan spaces, functional design and natural textures and colours that evoke a sense of comfort and harmony.

Residents will enjoy ample verdant green community spaces and serene corners for relaxation or entertainment. Whether sunbathing or reading under dappled shade, Ombre's pool and sun deck area will provide residents with the ideal location for a refreshing and relaxing getaway within the development.
The lifestyle in Robina is where quaint coffee shops, boutique shopping, and everyday conveniences weave perfectly into leafy parks, golf courses and onto the sands of Burleigh Beach.

Immerse Projects has stemmed from building industry veteran John Kearney's highly regarded construction business Greyburn. Greyburn will be the builder for Ombre, which they will start building this year.
Immerse had huge success in the Gold Coast off the plan apartment market last year with their Coolangatta apartment development, Rhythm Kirra Hill.
Rhythm, 40 apartments over seven levels, has also been designed by BDA and features amenities include a rooftop pool and BBQ area, sauna, meeting room, parcel lockers, gym, and outdoor shower.
This year Immerse is also expected to launch their second Kirra project, having secured approval for a 17-level project at 39 McLean Street, adjacent to Rhythm Kirra Hill.
The aim of both Rhythm and the future project is to cater to the "missing middle market," given runaway prices in the sought-after coastal pocket in the last few years.
Immerse was named as a top Gold Coast developer to watch on Urban in 2024.
