Designed by local Gold Coast practice, BDA Architecture, the proposed residential building
would create a timeless architectural statement along the Bilinga beachfront and Golden
Four Drive.

With just two apartments per floor, it features 19 apartments across 11 levels, including two
double-storey penthouses on the upper levels.
Luxurious communal recreation facilities include a large pool, BBQ area with dining facilities
and sauna for resident enjoyment.

The architecture of the building is clean lined and structured with a coastal hue, creating an
elegant form and materiality that reflects its coastal location.

Its scale and massing has been considered in the context of surrounding view lines and
council’s desire to create variation and distinction in the Bilinga skyline as it grows as per the
City Plan, and is in alignment with 303 Golden Four Drive, currently under construction.
Cascading planting around the ground levels and throughout the building builds a
relationship between the form of the building and the stunning natural environment.
While natural tones inspired by the building’s surrounds deliver a refined architectural
outcome and graceful new addition to this beachside community.
