Manningtree and Wattle Buildings are proposed to be constructed, with two 3 storeys each. 

The buildings feature lifts, face brickwork/rendered wall cladding, glass balustrade/screening as well as aluminium framed glazing windows & doors in addition to metal cladding and stone paving for car parking of 107 vehicles along with 12 bicycle spaces. Landscaping is also included in the project scope.

Manningtree Building will comprise ten 3 bedroom apartments on ground level and eight 3 bedroom apartments on Level 1, with one 2 bedroom & four 3 bedrooms on Level 2. 

Wattle Building will have six 2 bedrooms & one 3 bedroom apartments on the Ground level; four 2 bedrooms &four 3 bedroom apartments on Level 1 and four 3 bedroom apartments on Level 2.
