Wuzhong International is a Chinese developer that made its debut in the Australian housing market with a $160 million 19-level apartment development called Bowen & Queens in South Melbourne.

The 214-apartment property at 2 Bowen Crescent, designed by Plus Architecture, will have views over Albert Park Lake and is designed with positive feng shui elements. Close to the new metro station and the Royal Melbourne Botanic Gardens with luxury apartments, priced from $2 million to $4.6 million. They feature a gymnasium, a private relaxation lounge, and a private entertaining space.

Wuzhong also has another $240 million in new apartments in the pipeline.
