Virgate Property Group

Virgate Property Group is the Australian arm of a Chinese company called Carrinton, a real estate development business that has spent over 20 years developing a portfolio of apartments, offices, shopping malls, and hotel assets in China. The Australian group focuses on Melbourne's inner city and eastern suburbs.

Virgate's latest project is Domain House, located at 41 Bank Street in South Melbourne, which overlooks the Royal Botanic Gardens and the city.

Designed by Bruce Henderson Architects, this South Melbourne location offers 174 one, two, and three-bedroom residences across 19 floors. It also features an enclosed glass prism that visually connects the exterior of the building while providing a spot to entertain and lounge.
