V-Leader

V-Leader is an integrated, privately owned Australian property business currently developing projects in the residential, land, mixed-use, aged care, and early learning sectors.

V-Leader is developing 16 two and three-bedroom residences known as No. 6 Sydney Street, located at 5-6 Sydney Street in Prahran. They are also handling a project called Applemont at 464 Burwood Highway in Vermont South. This will feature a low-rise comprised of 52 residences spread across five floors featuring a broad range of textures, from concrete to metal cladding.
