Urban DC is a property development company that collaborates with builders, architects and a diverse range of other building project professionals. They have worked on developments including 599 Old South Head Road in Rose Bay, a 28 dwelling low-rise residential building.

Urban DC have also been responsible for No. 308, a four-level low-rise building with 46 residencies located at 308 Carlisle Street in Balaclava. They also developed No. 818, which is addressed at 818 Glen Huntly Road, Caulfield, a low-rise residential building housing 18 dwellings.
