About the developer
Toplace Property Development began back in 1992 and is currently one of Australia’s largest privately-owned building, construction, and property development companies. Founder Jean Nassif has delivered approximately 30,000 residential homes, shopping centres, and commercial suites, all located in Sydney.
The Toplace Group has a number of projects in development in its multi-billion-dollar development pipeline and a team that includes construction trades, suppliers, and consultants.
Their latest projects include the recently completed fourteen-level mid-rise building titled East Square at 256-280 Coward Street in Mascot and the nineteen-level high-rise building at 2-8 East Street in Granville.
Toplace is also in the development of a space in Rosebery called Jolyn Place, which has been designed by International architects BVN. The complex features private multi-level landscaped rooftop gardens, city and district views and a retail precinct featuring a piazza all 6.2Km to the CBD and down the road from Green Square Train Station, East Village Shopping Centre, and The Cannery.
