TFT Investments are handling the development of The Union Brunswick, which is a collaboration between the developer and Daryl Pelchen Architects. These residences have been crafted to blend contemporary living and industrial design elements.
Comprising 35 apartments spread across six levels, this mid-rise features the heritage structure with contemporary architectural elements. The exterior utilises a broad palette of textures, from concrete cladding to glass, layered in contrasting textures ranging from white to dark grey.
There is also a communal rooftop terrace, premium Bosch appliances, Fisher and Paykel dishwasher drawers, and stone benchtops.
