Tailor is a boutique property developer delivering residences in Melbourne’s inner north and southeast. Tailor was co-founded by Ashesh Jalota and Brian Chua in 2014; the Tailor design team combines years of experience creating luxury in modern homes with integrated home technology.

Their latest projects include a three-level townhouse at 12 Earlstown Road in Hughesdale and ten separate residences at 20 Worthing Road in Highett.

While sometimes working alongside local suppliers, the majority of Tailor's operations are performed in-house.
