TA Little Bay is a Malaysian developer that made headlines in Australia for their joint purchase with Harry Triguboff’s Meriton group of the beachfront Little Bay Cove project in Sydney for $245 million.
The plan will develop the community of the eastern bay, which fronts Anzac Parade and has a lake as its centrepiece. With land approved for 391 apartments and townhouses, Little Bay is one of the last remaining parcels of land in the Eastern Suburbs.
TA Global Berhad entered in joint sponsorship with Charter Hall at Little Bay Cove in 2010 and has built and sold 45 apartments with a 179-unit building, Illume currently underway.
