Scape Australia is the largest student accommodation owner and operator in Australia and has recently taken over the Atira portfolio of facilities controlled by funds manager Blue Sky and investment bank Goldman Sachs worth $700 million. They operate in Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide and have a total equity capacity of $1.5 billion.

Their recent developments include a 16-level high-rise located at 41-53 Tribune Street in South Brisbane and the Scape Toowong building located at 603-611 Coronation Drive in Toowong.
