Their current projects include 158 apartments as part of the Coburg Collective, located at 200 Sydney Road in Coburg. This development features one, two, and three-bedroom apartments across three buildings with a central pocket park accessed by the public via a laneway. The mixed-use development offers commercial and retail offerings as well as community benefits such as a new urban plaza and laneway with outdoor dining options.

They are also in the development of a project called South, located at 15 Thistlethwaite Street in South Melbourne.
