Pellicano Group

Pellicano Group, founded in 1967 by brothers Frank and Nunzio Pellicano, is a property development and asset management company. The group has a diverse property portfolio comprised of assets in the residential, commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality sectors. They also handle all aspects of property development, including design, construction, development and ongoing property management.

A recent development by the Pellicano Group is Arbor Park, a townhouse project comprised of 67 dwellings located at 2037 Wynnum Road in Wynnum West. They have also constructed Alke, three residential buildings containing a combined 89 residencies addressed at 89 Atherton Road in Oakleigh.
