Paragon Development Group is a privately owned niche property group based in Melbourne, managed by David Lin. They focus on areas of proximity to the CBD, public transport, and high capital value suburbs.

Their latest project is called Verse, located at 18 Wilkinson Road in Sunshine. The development is inspired by the nature of the suburb with earthy tones and wool carpets along with large floor plans, strong materiality, and an abundance of natural light.

The development offers two and three-bedroom options and was designed by Chamberlain Architects.
