Orion International Group is based in Victoria and handles the site selection, feasibility, construction, and marketing of their property development projects.

The business focuses on both commercial and residential projects, including 8 Bourke Street, a series of apartments in Ringwood, and the Orion Towers in Surfers Paradise. This development site is situated in Queensland's Gold Coast and has been designed by Woods Bagot.

The development will reach 103 storeys and contain 1127 units, which will be the tallest building in the southern hemisphere. It will also include a 165-room, five-star hotel, Australia's highest observation restaurant on level 101 of Tower 2, which will offer 360-degree views, a helipad that will become the third-highest helipad in the world and a 680sqm full-floor penthouse on level 100.
