Nascorp Properties have over 55 years of project experience dealing with residential projects from Harbourside locations to Greenfield sites. Nascorp Properties provides contemporary living spaces with an internal and external network of collaborators working towards long term economic value.

One of their more recent projects is 6-8 Baywater Drive in Wentworth Point, a nine-level mid-rise with 275 apartments. They are also in development of Harbour Village located at 6-8 Baywater Drive in Wentworth Point, a high-rise featuring 398 residences.

All of the above projects have been designed by Tier Architects.
