Mitraland Australia

Mitraland Group began in 1998 and is a Chinese owned boutique property development firm that now operates within Australia.

One of their most prominent current projects is Esque, located at 649 Chapel Street in South Yarra. With interiors designed by Kate Roach, every floor of Esque is limited to only four apartments and includes a Parisian themed resident’s lounge with a fireplace. The rooftop features landscaped gardens with BBQ facilities, outdoor furniture, and panoramic views of the Melbourne skyline.

It offers two and three-bedroom options with extended floor plates of up to 150sqm. Esque will total 72 apartments across 18 levels.
