Luxe Haus Developments

Luxe Haus Developments is a privately owned specialised boutique property development company. They offer an end to end development service from the initial acquisition through to the concept, planning, design, collaboration, documentation, launch, sale and construction of a project.

A recent collaboration initiated by Luxe Haus is the Escada Residences, a low-rise building consisting of three dwellings addressed at 116 Walpole Street in Kew. 

The company has also developed Qualia, a single three-floor low-rise containing five residences located at 272 Bay Street in Brighton.
