Level 33

Level 33 is a property development group that focuses on design, construction, and development. Founded in Sydney in 1999 as a family-owned and operated business, they specialise in multi-residential and commercial projects.

The Level 33 management team has experience working across a range of sectors, including high-rise and boutique residential developments and commercial projects.

Some of their more recent projects include the Skye development at 9-15 Railway Parade in Wollongong, and Vicinity Point, located at 30-32 Guess Avenue in Wolli Creek NSW.

The Vicinity Point project sits near the Cooks River and is comprised of a collection of studios, available in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments with a penthouse level. Another of the company's more recent projects is Kogarah Central, which also offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments as part of the revitalisation of the area.

Level 33 operate in-house with their design and construction and rarely collaborate with other builders or architects.
