Kyren Group are property developers who focus on residential and commercial high-rises in the Adelaide CBD with over 20 years of experience. Managing Director Theo Samaras oversees a team that delivers high-profile projects with the tallest building in the Adelaide CBD, one of the projects in their pipeline.

Kyren Group also owns Auto Park multi-storey car park facilities in the CBD.

One of their latest projects is The Adelaidian, located at 11-27 Frome Street, a mixed-use tower incorporating the Crowne Plaza hotel, a 400 space car park, and 83 private residences. At 135m high, this project will be Adelaide’s tallest building.  

The group is also responsible for a 14-level high-rise located at 102-120 Wakefield Street.
