JQZ

JQZ is a Sydney based property development company with an in-house building business established solely to handle their construction works. Founder and Managing Director Jian Qiu Zhang established JQZ in 2010, providing development and construction services across a range of large-scale residential, commercial, and retail projects.

The companies first development was 47 residential apartments in Parramatta in 2011, with the business now undertaking multiple developments simultaneously.

JQZ recently developed Eighty-Eight, at 88 Christie Street, St Leonards, three high-rise buildings in NSW and Prime, at 101-107 Waterloo Road, Macquarie Park, also in NSW. This project will consist of four high-rise buildings, each with 23 levels. The project features 680 residences with multi-layered public and private spaces, offering one, two, three and four-bedroom residences and penthouses with private rooftop gardens and sunrooms, secure parking and lift access.
