About the developer
JLF was founded in 1981 by John Leonard Fitzgerald and specialises in residential and commercial real estate, property development and property investment. JLF also offers investment and wealth-building education through two main divisions. Custodian educates people on building wealth via residential property, and Investloan, which helps families assess their best position to undertake property investment.
Projects undertaken by the JLF Property Group include a seven-floor mid-rise named Central Avenue, located at 19 Irving Avenue, Box Hill, as well as The Plenty Residences, four mid-rise buildings, housing 328 residencies at 830 Plenty Road, Reservoir.
