JL Property Development was founded by Johnson Lin with a focus on sustainable architecture, with all designs required to feature an abundance of daylight, open view, and natural ventilation. 

JL designs require a level of orientation, insulation, thermal mass, glazing, and shading to create a thermally efficient, low energy building. 

The group's latest development can be found at 1443 Dandenong Road in Malvern East. Titled Profile and designed by John Demos Architects, this low-rise will feature 21 residences and 23 car spaces.
