The Holder East range of mixed-Use projects includes the OASIS Residences at 1-13 Cobden Street, South Melbourne, which provides views of Port Phillip Bay surrounded by the Albert Road Lake and Royal Botanic Gardens. They are also responsible for the AURUM on Claredon at 56-62 Clarendon St in Southbank with over 200 one, two and three-bedroom residential apartments, a ground floor retail space, and 128 serviced apartments. The development also includes three exclusive whole floor luxury penthouses on the top three levels.
