Formed in 1988, the Cubdale group works in construction, building, and consultancy. They deliver end to end projects within the commercial, multi-residential, multi-family, health-care, and environmental industrial sections by providing property investment, sales and marketing, retail, property management, and project management services.

One of their more recent projects is located at 34-36 Maxwell Street in New Farm, which is a five-level low-rise building designed by Wiltshire Stevens Architecture. The property features five apartments for residential use only.
