CS Development Group

CS Development Group is a privately owned property development and construction company based in Queensland who have been operating since 2002. They focus on high-quality residential solutions in Brisbane and work closely with Council, and it’s consultants to develop various residential projects.

Their latest projects include an eight-level mid-rise titled Hanlon Park Residences, located at 66-72 Lincoln Street in Greenslopes, less than 4km from the Brisbane CBD offering 88 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residences over eight levels, and a project called 88 Victoria. This development is a seven-level mid-rise located at 80-88 Victoria Street in West End, which has been designed by NMDS Architecture.
