Asia One is a boutique property development business based in Melbourne. The three directors of Asia One have extensive backgrounds in the business and property in both Malaysia and Australia, now based in a Melbourne office. Asia One is led by two generations of the Ng family.

Their current development is The Welle, located at 1110-1112 Dandenong Road in Carnegie, which features 19 residences, including two and three-bedroom apartments designed by t-a square architects.
